Service Agreement – The Portal Unlimited Access Plan

Provider: My Smart Bestie LLC ("Provider")

Customer: [You] ("User")

1. Service Overview

Provider agrees to grant the User unlimited access to digital learning platform, including all available courses and eBooks, for a
period of 60 days upon payment of $60. After the initial period, the User will be charged $7.99 per month for continued access.

2. Included Benefits

-Unlimited access to all existing courses and eBooks.

-Automatic access to all new courses and eBooks released during the active subscription.

-Continuous content updates and improvements.

-Access to community and networking features (if applicable).

3. Payment Terms

-The initial non-refundable $60 fee grants access for 60 days.

-After the trial period, a recurring charge of $9.99 per month will be applied until canceled.

-Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Subscription Management & Cancellation

-The User may cancel at any time through their account settings.

-Cancellation will prevent future charges, but access will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

-Failure to make a payment may result in access suspension.

5. User Responsibilities

-The User agrees to use the platform for personal or professional learning purposes only.

-Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

-The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

6. Modifications & Termination

-The Provider may update this agreement with notice to Users.

-If pricing or terms change, Users will receive advance notice and may choose to continue or cancel.

7. Limitation of Liability

-The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of The Portal.

-Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of The State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Hillsborough County, Florida.
